Entrance Procedures
Applicants applying Student Visa
Please contact us by e-mail and download the application form and fill out completely.
Please send the application form to Seigan.
Seigan will do the screening.
If you pass the screening, you will have an interview on skype or LINE

If you pass the interview, you will be needed to pay the screening fee (¥30,000) and submit the other documents.

Applicants not applying Student Visa
Please download the application form and fill out completely.

Seigan will do the screening.
If you pass the screening, you will have an interview on skype or LINE
Please have an interview on skype or LINE at Seigan.
If you pass the interview, you will be needed to pay the screening fee (¥30,000) and submit the other documents.
Please submit the required documents and pay tuition fee.
Seigan will apply for CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY with the submitted documents at the Immigration Bureau.
The immigration office will check the immigration records and submitted documents.
While waiting for issuing CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY, we'll do the second interview with you as level check of proficiency in Japanese language.

If all the paper is in order, CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY will be issued to Seigan.
If you receive an e-mail about your CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY is permission, please pay the tuition fee and inform us the details of your visiting Japan.
We confirmed your payment (the tuition fee) , thereafter we will send the CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY to you
If you receive CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY, please apply for the visa at the Embassy or Consulate of Japan with CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY and the Letter of Admission.
